Absolutely Marvelous Kaiser Permanente Commercial
Equally awesome song by Michelle Shocked called, "When I Grow Up".
Fast Walkin' Earth Lover @ Burbank, CA
If it wasn't because of her black tote bag and t-shirt, she could've blended right in with her surrounding. She was walking so fast I almost missed this shot. Lady got a tote bag and another purse on her shoulder. I imagined that she carries the tote bag for her groceries from the farmers' market, which is in the direction she was heading. If my imagination was true, then 10 finger woos for using a reusable shopping bag to the lady!
Pretty in Pink @ Hollywood, CA
And now we begin our snap shots collection! I took this picture on my way to work one morning. I loved how her pink sweater really pops against the green(ish) grass and blue sky. She delighted my otherwise boring, pothole-skipping, curse-fest commute. Almost like telling us to slow down. "Look at me! I'm walking."

Barbara & daughter @ Ahmanson Theater, Los Angeles
We met Barbara & daughter at the courtyard of Ahmanson Theater while waiting to be seated for the 9 to 5 final performance. We especially loved this duo because of the subtle purple hues and simplicity of their outfits. They both wear scarves to accentuate their simple outfits and they show that you can be creative with your scarves. Barbara wears hers over one shoulder, while her daugther sticks to the traditional and ties it around her neck. The result? Simply stunning.
Janette & her friend @ Ahmanson Theater, Los Angeles
Hello! So glad to finally have the courage (and time, oh so much time!) to post some photos of our beautiful & definitely stylish senior friends. Originally we wanted to approach them, hand them our biz card and take some photos. Alas, a few attempts have resulted in "No, thank you"s :( So, we thought we'll try the snap shots approach and hope that we're not violating any privacy laws :)
Here is one photo from our very first successful attempt! We met Janette (left) and her friend (excuse the brain freeze! I forgot her name) at a 9 to 5 performance. They were very nice and excited about having their photos taken. Oh and they smelled lovely too from what I remember. I loved Janette's navy blue jacket and the white accents on her collar and cuffs. The circular, navy and gold pendant on her necklace and her little black purse with its gold chain matches the gold zipper lining on her jacket. Nauticalicious, I say. On her friend, I loved her black & white selections with the zebra patterned jacket as her focal point. She added the sparkly little details to accessorize her outfit. Her little silver belt, the subtle writing on her white fitted tee, her necklace and her anklet accentuate her color choices! Fabulous!
